So today I decided to try running without taping my ankle. And good news, it didn’t hurt at all! I didn’t run as hard or as far as I normally would have just to make sure, but I was happy that I made it through. I am planning on continuing to run without taping it (unless I hurt it again…please no!).
Anyways, this is the last week of classes, which means it’s my last week of spinning and yoga. Soon I’ll have to find different cross training exercise…or ya know, keep up with what I’ve done this semester. I’m excited to be done and graduating, but I’m afraid without my normal school schedule I’m not going to work nearly as much as I would like too. So, everyone…help keep me motivated!
