When You Fall Off the Horse, You Get Back On


This week started out good.  My first (and only) run of the week felt great, and Pilates was really good as well.  Then I fell of the horse.

I had such high hopes for the week, but I haven’t gone for a run the past 3 days, and my eating habits have also gotten worse.  My grandma hasn’t been feeling well, so my mom and I have been doing a lot to help her and running a lot of errands.  I’ve also babysat my cousins one day this week.  So between all of that…I haven’t been to the gym, and I’ve gone over my calorie goal the past few days.

Next, week I’m going to try and get back on a schedule, but to be honest…I probably won’t have a real set schedule until I get back from New Orleans at the end of the month.  I don’t want sounds pessimistic about running, but I do want to be realistic, and I’m pretty sure that I won’t be able the get back on track until next month.  I’ll just have to make the best of it.
