Injured: No Running this Week

So much for making up for last week this week. Yesterday I got an insane blister on my foot and today I stressed a tendon. There’s not way I can run with the tendon. I want to cry when I walk on it for too long. I have no idea how I’m going to last at this conference this weekend because any pair of shoes I put on hurt. Kill me now.

The only thing I keep telling myself is, it’s early in the training program so I’m not losing much training time. And, the only way I’m going to get back to training, its to rest and recover.
