Review & Giveaway: No Cheats Needed

As the end of the year approaches, everyone starts to make their New Year’s Resolutions and goals. I’ve already made mine. Maybe yours is similar to mine and you want to focus on running races. Or maybe your’s is just to improve your overall health. Whatever it may be, the new book from Kevin Curry, No Cheats Needed, can help!

Curry takes you on a six week journey to a healthier, better you. It all started with a Facebook photo. Curry was not happy with the way he looked and he realized that he needed to change is diet in addition to just working out. From his journey came this book.

No Cheats Needed breaks down each week into manageable pieces. You only need to focus on that week’s specific goals and recipes. These is also a weekly challenge checklist to help keep you on track and daily devotionals to keep a positive mind and attitude.

In my opinion the weekly checklist is the coolest part because it allows you to reflect on the week before and it gets you thinking about what you want to do moving forward. As you move on to the next week, you build on the recipes and add more goals. And in six weeks, you should have a much happier, healthier you. I have a copy of the book and I’m excited to try it out as the new year approaches.

So are you ready to give this method a try? If so, you’re in luck! With New Year’s Resolutions forming, I have copies of No Cheats Needed to give away to two lucky readers.
