No Cheats Needed breaks down each week into manageable pieces. You only need to focus on that week’s specific goals and recipes. These is also a weekly challenge checklist to help keep you on track and daily devotionals to keep a positive mind and attitude.
In my opinion the weekly checklist is the coolest part because it allows you to reflect on the week before and it gets you thinking about what you want to do moving forward. As you move on to the next week, you build on the recipes and add more goals. And in six weeks, you should have a much happier, healthier you. I have a copy of the book and I’m excited to try it out as the new year approaches.
