Detroit Half Marathon Training

Since I mentioned I created my own training program in my last post about my first week training for the Detroit Half, I thought I’d share what it looks like. Again, I did this based on activities I wanted to do and past training programs I had done. I am not recommending this for anyone else look to train for a half. Although you are welcome to try it if you’d like.
