Almost every day I start my morning off with a smoothie. Majority of the times I just toss whatever fruit I can find into my nurtibullet and call it a day. I know most people don’t work that way so when Arbonne Essentials approached me about two great protein shake recipes for fall, I wanted to share them.
The above recipes feature the vegan, gluten free Arbonne Essentials® Protein Shake Mix and Daily Fiber Boost. They are a wonderful alternative to the favorite pumpkin spice latte, and provide a protein packed snack without the added sugar and unwanted calories. These protein powders are jam-packed with over 20 vitamins and minerals and fiber from grains, fruit and vegetables.
I’m not one for pumpkin (I know – must be the only one in America), but I am eager to try the cinna-bun protein shake.
