So, in addition to my lack of blog posts I have also been experiencing a lack of running. Yesterday was the first time I opened my Nike+ Running App since March…MARCH! Not good considering I have a 5K and two half marathons coming up. So I decided that opening that app was step one of getting my training program up and running. Here’s what the next few weeks look like.
Looks like Nike+ Running is going to be getting a workout again. I’m also 12 miles away from hitting 900 miles, so that will be great to accomplish. Time to hit the pavement!
