It’s finally entering fall in Florida and the early morning and evening temperatures are getting to the place where I can finally run outside again. Which is good because I haven’t been running at all.
I’m hoping in 2018 to get my half marathon time down since I realized a couple days ago my fastest time was still the Detroit Half Marathon two years ago. I have no picked a half marathon to run yet, but I do have a 5K and a 10K lined up. I figured I can use both of those races to gauge how I’m doing in preparation for another half marathon.
My November is going to be very busy and full of travel, but I’m determined to figure out a way to keep up my fitness schedule…even if that means early mornings.
