Looking forward to 2018, I’ve decided on one simple fitness goal this year. For 2018 my goal is consistency – to work out three days per week. I know it sounds silly to have a fitness blog and have that be my goal, but I really slacked off in 2017 so I want to correct that issue. I used to be great about working out and going to the gym, but this past year or so I haven’t been very consistent, so it’s time to correct that.
To help keep me on track, I’m planning to write a monthly recap of how I’ve been doing and then posting my ideal calendar for the month of when I’ll be working out. So to kick off 2018, here is my January calendar.
