I can’t believe it’s already February. I have no idea where the month of January went! This post is coming a little later than I would like mainly because I was in New York City last week for work. Nevertheless, here is my planned workout calendar for the month of February.
I will say that while I planned to run a 10K race on Sunday, February 4, that didn’t end up happening. My flight landed around 10:30pm on Saturday and between getting luggage and driving, I didn’t get home until after midnight. Since I had a weird sleep schedule during my time in NYC, I felt it was better to actually sleep than to run the race.
I did however get back on track this morning and hopped on my bike for 20mins of spinning. Last month I bought a Scwhinn stationary bike and it’s been great to have in house. It’s perfect for when I want to get a quick workout in since I don’t need to go to the gym. If my house was bigger and could fit a treadmill, I would totally buy one of those too!
